AiNowly publishes independent guides, reviews, comparisons, and recommendations relating to AI tools, software, productivity products, and online services. Some pages may contain affiliate links.
1. What Is an Affiliate Link?
An affiliate link is a tracked link supplied by a merchant or affiliate network. If you follow an eligible link and make a qualifying purchase or subscription, AiNowly may receive a commission or referral payment. In most cases this does not add an extra charge to your purchase, but the seller controls the final price, taxes, renewal terms, refunds, and subscription conditions.
2. Editorial Independence
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee positive coverage. AiNowly's editorial ratings are based on our own criteria and are not paid endorsements. A company cannot purchase a higher editorial score through an affiliate arrangement.
3. Disclosure Near Recommendations
When content contains an affiliate relationship that may influence a purchasing decision, we aim to provide a clear disclosure within or near that content rather than relying only on this general policy page.
A typical notice may state: “This article contains affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, AiNowly may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”
4. Sponsored Content and Free Access
AiNowly may occasionally receive payment for clearly identified sponsored content, product access, trial accounts, credits, demonstration access, or media materials. Sponsored content will be labeled appropriately. Receiving free access does not guarantee favorable coverage.
5. Prices and Product Information
Prices, trials, discounts, features, and subscription conditions can change without notice. Always review the provider's official product page before buying or subscribing.
6. Advertisements Are Separate
Display advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense or other advertising partners, are separate from our editorial reviews. An advertisement does not mean AiNowly has tested, approved, or endorsed the advertiser or its claims.
7. Not Every External Link Is an Affiliate Link
Many links are included only to help readers reach official documentation, product pages, sources, privacy policies, or additional information. We do not earn a commission from every external link.
8. Your Responsibility
Before purchasing a product or entering a subscription, review the total price, billing currency, renewal terms, cancellation and refund policies, feature limits, privacy practices, and compatibility with your device or workflow.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about an affiliate relationship or believe a disclosure is missing, email info@ainowly.com or use our Contact page.
