AiNowly publishes practical guides, reviews, comparisons, tutorials, troubleshooting articles, and news about artificial intelligence, software, and online productivity tools. This policy explains how we research, create, review, update, and correct that content.

1. Editorial Mission

Our goal is to make fast-changing software information easier to understand through useful explanations, realistic expectations, and practical workflows rather than exaggerated claims or copied marketing language.

2. Editorial Independence

Advertisers, affiliate partners, software companies, and other commercial parties do not automatically receive favorable ratings, guaranteed coverage, or control over our conclusions. A company cannot purchase a higher editorial score. Sponsored or paid content is identified where required.

3. How We Research

Research may include official product websites, documentation, help centers, pricing pages, release notes, product announcements, publicly available demonstrations, hands-on feature testing when access is available, reputable primary sources, and relevant third-party reporting.

We prefer official and primary sources for factual claims about features, prices, technical requirements, policies, and product updates.

4. Product Testing

When practical, we may test products or features using free plans, trials, paid subscriptions, review access, or publicly accessible tools. Testing can consider usability, output quality, reliability, integrations, privacy information, pricing, value, and suitability for intended users.

Not every article represents a complete hands-on review. News, explainers, and feature summaries may rely primarily on identified documentation. We aim not to suggest that a feature was tested when it was not.

5. Ratings and Scores

Ratings are editorial assessments, not scientific measurements or user-star averages. Criteria may include usefulness, ease of use, feature quality, reliability, pricing, transparency, privacy, documentation, support, and suitability for the intended audience.

6. Comparisons

Comparison articles aim to evaluate products using comparable use cases and information available at publication time. A winner may be selected for a particular audience or workflow, but that does not mean one product is objectively best for everyone.

7. Tutorials and Troubleshooting

We aim to present instructions in a logical order, include relevant warnings and limitations, and note when steps may differ by browser, device, plan, software version, or interface update.

8. AI-Assisted Content

AI tools may assist with research organization, outlining, language cleanup, headline ideas, drafting, or visual concepts. AI-generated text is not treated as a factual source by itself. Human editorial review remains responsible for the final article, factual claims, recommendations, and corrections.

AI-generated illustrations should not be presented as proof that a product feature was tested, and images that could be mistaken for documentary evidence should include appropriate context.

9. Authors and Accountability

Where appropriate, articles include a byline and author profile. Editors may revise an article before or after publication to improve accuracy, clarity, structure, or usefulness. You can view contributors on our Writers page.

10. Sources and Attribution

We aim to credit external information through direct links, references, and clear attribution. We avoid presenting third-party research, quotations, images, or original ideas as our own and avoid excessive reproduction of copyrighted material.

11. News and Developing Stories

When covering developing AI news, we aim to distinguish official information, credible reporting, company statements, analysis, opinion, predictions, rumors, and unverified claims. Headlines should reflect the substance of the article.

12. Corrections

If we discover a material factual error, we aim to correct it as soon as reasonably practical. Significant corrections may receive an update note; minor grammar, formatting, or clarity edits may not.

13. Content Updates

Published content may be updated when pricing, features, interfaces, software versions, or source information changes. An updated date indicates meaningful changes may have been made, not necessarily that every external detail was reverified on that date.

14. Affiliate Relationships

Affiliate participation does not guarantee publication, favorable coverage, a particular rating, or selection as a comparison winner. Pages containing affiliate links should include a clear disclosure where relevant. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

15. Advertising

Advertisements are separate from editorial content. The appearance of an advertisement does not mean AiNowly has tested, approved, or endorsed the advertiser or its claims.

16. Sponsored Content

Sponsored content is identified using clear language such as Sponsored, Paid Partnership, Sponsored Content, or Advertisement. Sponsored material should not disguise advertising as independent editorial recommendation.

17. Reader Responsibility

Our content is intended to support research, not replace personal evaluation or professional advice. Readers should independently verify important information before purchasing, uploading confidential data, connecting business accounts, installing software, changing important settings, or relying on AI-generated output.

18. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome corrections and constructive feedback. Please provide the relevant page URL, the statement in question, an explanation of the concern, and supporting evidence where available.

19. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as AiNowly's content, tools, team, or business practices develop.
